So, what is Consensus View all about, and how do I get started using it?

| Step 1: Register with us |
|

Firstly, register for a Consensus View
account. You will be sent an e-mail to activate the account - you must click the link in this e-mail
before logging in for the first time.

|
|
| Step 2: Choose the markets you're interested in |
|
Next you need to choose which markets you are interested in. These are the markets you'll be voting on.
At present the site covers Futures markets and foreign exchange as well as US, UK and Canadian stocks.

|
| Step 3: Tell us how you think your markets will move |
|
|
We'll show you each of your markets and ask you whether you think they will close up or down. Your votes help
us to calculate a community prediction for each market.
|
|
|
|
|
| Step 4: See the results of everybody's voting |
|
|
You can see the community prediction - the "consensus view" - for your markets by clicking on "View
Consensuses". If you vote on a given day, you can see the consensus as soon as the market opens.
Otherwise you will have to wait 30 minutes.
